Soccer Concession
Taco Meat
JV and Varsity Parents
are responsible for making one 1lb. batch of Beef
Taco meat using the instructions on the attached package. The
meat should be placed in a one gallon zip-lock freezer bag marked with
your name and date prepared. You may bring it on (at 4:30 p.m.), or
before, the date of your first Concession Stand shift.
SHIFTS
The Concession stand is a
vital fund & friend-raiser. We appreciate each family’s willingness to
commit their time and talents to making it a success. Please review the
following directions and refer to the schedule to determine your shift
date(s):

Varsity parents
must arrive by 4:15 p.m.
·
Junior Varsity
parents should arrive at the conclusion of the J-V game and work
through until the end of the Varsity game.

If you are unable to meet your
obligations, you are responsible for finding a replacement to cover
your shift. No kids are allowed to sub per school rules.

least 24 hours prior to your scheduled shift.WOMEN'S TEAM INFORMATION:
JV and Varsity Parents are responsible for 1 batch of
TACO MEAT. Please bring it to the concession stand the day that you are
scheduled to work. (Please arrive at 4:30 pm. You will work
until the JV game is over. If you have any conflicts, feel free to
switch with someone else. Let us know of any changes to make
sure the game is covered.) Please mark the bag with your last name
and date on the ziplock so the concession people can keep track.
JV Parents: Please arrive immediately after the JV game.
You'll receive quick instructions and will need to work until the end of
the Varsity game. If you have any conflicts, feel free to switch
with someone else but update Madeleine or Sherrie of the change to make sure the
concession stand is covered.
ATTENTION: If you are unable to meet you obligation, please
arrange for someone else to cover your shift. Sloppy Joe
participants: You may bring your taco meat in early, please mark your name on
the gallon size ziplock bag. The recipe will be given out
to you, please make the exact recipe given to insure consistency.
MEN'S TEAM CONCESSION STAND INFORMATION: Please remember that children
are not allowed in the concession stand, this is a
school policy.
Varsity Instructions:
Please arrive at the concession
stand at 4:30 pm (or as close to that as you can). Plan on working
until the JV game is over then training a new parent. You will be
in the stands by kick off. You have been provided taco meat
seasonings to mix as directed. Please bring meat to the field in a
Ziploc bag with your name on it at any time. I can freeze it. Please bring taco meat (prepared as
directed on package) in a zip-lock bag with the date written on it. If
you can not make it on your day, please feel free to switch with someone
else. I just need an ADULT body!!! Thank you for all your help.
JV Instructions:
Please arrive at the concession
stand immediately after the JV game for quick instructions. Plan
on working until the varsity game is over (8:30/9:00ish).
Please bring taco meat (prepared as directed on package) in a zip-lock
bag with the date written on it. If you can not make it on your day,
please feel free to switch with someone else. I just need an
ADULT body!!!
